I need a Logo created MAGIC FLUSH- unlimited revisions

I need to create a logo to be used or Bleaching preparations such as Toilet Cleaners, Liquid Bleach, WC Blocks, Floor Cleaners, Disinfectants etc...

I have attached a file named "FONT STYLE AND OVERALL IDEA.jpg" - this is how I vision the logo to look like , but instead of the rainbows and stars coming out of the hat, I want a water tornado to come out. I have attached the tornadoe samples for an idea.

I want the tornado to be Blue and white in colour like a water flush.

The Font of the TEXT will read as "MAGIC FLUSH" thats the brand name. It must be on two lines, Magic on the top, and Flush at the bottom, just as it is on the image "Magic Show" and the other sample I have uploaded "Magic Land"
The Font color I want 2 options from which I will choose one final one and we will work on that,
The first option will be WHITE fill like the "Magic Show" font. and the second will be multi colored like a rainbow. Each letter different rainbow color.
It is important to have the star design over the letter "I" on the word "MAGIC" just as in the picture.

The overall logo is to look cartoonish and well defined colours and borders so its easy to print on t shirts, branding , etc...

I need source files in .ai, .pdf, editable with all layers
