I need a company Logo and colour pallate

We are a new housbuilder located in the SW of England called 3West Group Ltd. We have a subsidiary contractor 3West Developements Ltd and plan to build houses across the range using brand sub-divisions - 3West Living (low income housing) 3West Homes/Estates (mid-market housing) and 3West Signature/Bespoke (high end housing).

We need a logo centred around the 3West or 3W brand, and a colour scheme. We liked dark blue with gold, but are not wedded to it.
