I need a design so that I can have some car window stickers made for a group I’m a member of

I have done a pdf of what I want I just need it tidied up and the background made in one colour very dark blue as in the flag background it wil be 8.25” wide and an appropriate height to go on the rear window of a car. I would like this in a format ready to upload to printers
