Google adwords fix from audit, approx 3 hours

Following on from and audit I had done I have a list of fixes that need to be carried out, I have been told approx 3 hours work.

Sample 1
"A combination of broad, phrase and BMM.
Currently the bulk of your traffic is coming
through broad. This needs changing asap."

Sample 2
"Coverage, Keywords are a real problem here. Due to the
use of broad match one bid is catering to
thousands of different search queries. "

Sample 3
"Targeting based on postcode. This is okay but
can lead to users who Google can't determine
the postcode for not seeing your ads. Also more
detailed location settings need looking at
urgently. In the past year you've shown ads to
people in, France, Bulgaria and Pakistan. In the
UK you've also shown ads to people in SE1,
SW3, TN22, LL28 (Wales), AB21 (Scotland)"
