Football badge & FB ad background

I'm a coach for an U15 football team. I'm looking to produce an ad to attract more players. For this I need the following.

stylised new club badge (based on existing format)
stylised jpeg image which can be used as the background for Facebook ads (and includes the new badge)
ability to add/edit advertising text onto the above

I can send over current badges and examples of what other teams do.
