Email Signature in HTML

Hi I have a logo designed and I am using an email signature generator that has a monthly subscription fee. I would like to have you design the signature with HTML so that my members can click on our sponsors and partners links. The issue I am having is that the signature I have now ends up double spacing on some plat forms and smaller devices like phones. Can you redesign it to look similar and that I can use as an email signature on all plat forms.

The Judo Ontario Signature is the sample of the one I want but I like the look of the Judo Canada one. The importance is that all hyperlinks work.
