Elegant luxury fashion brand logo and application on a specific image

Information for the business: I'm an artist working on a parody logo design of another artist

Brand name/slogan in logo: Miss Clair - "Introducing Teddy - the new fragrance - by Miss Clair"
Ideas for the visual style: An emblem placed on the right side of the model in the poster. A simple but elegant queen's crown on top of the word Miss Clair, Teddy should stand out from the rest of the text which could be comparatively smaller. It should be elegant and look like a high class luxury fashion logo for the launch of a new fragrance in UK.
Things to avoid: A visual crush with the background where it will be applied. Excessive decorations and ultra contemporary look.
Preferred colors: turquoise or other colour that would suit the photo
Where the design will be used: on this image here included, I will need a .ai file
Extra notes: Here is the poster where the emblem containing "Introducing Teddy - the new fragrance - by Miss Clair" should be placed, I would like to have a Queen's Crown logo to go with 'Miss Clair' - (as if these two elements were the logo and name of a luxury fashion brand). The mood should be romantic and elegant.

The .ai file here is a rough of some initial ideas, but I am not happy with the visual crush between the leaves of the photo and the decorations around the emblem. I also don't like the heaviness of these decorations, so please use this as a way to understand what my brief is about, rather then your starting point.
