Digitising my logo sketch

Hello. I'm after a designer who can:
- Turn my sketch into a logo
- Provide 4 similar variations (2 upwards angle, 2 straight)
- Keep it minimal, sharp and bold
- White and black
- SVG format

For context, the name (nama) means "growth" and the logo is related to financial growth. It's sketched to reflect financial ups and downs.

Please don't just vectorise it, I'm looking for the sketch to be turned into an actual logo. See examples.
