Design company logo

I am a naturopath with a therapy clinic offering nutrition, kinesiology and iridology. I want to add a trading arm to my company specialising in training, primarily for complementary therapists, offering subjects such as anatomy, physiology and nutrition. I already have a company logo but my project is to modify it slightly to make it more relevant to training. I will need a format suitable to be used on print work/documents and a format suitable for web pages
