Design a logo

I've recently set up my own accountancy business and I need a logo designed.

The Logo will be used for printed material and the website.
The colours I want to use are red, black, white in equal proportion.
The company name is Alb-A Accounting Limited (You can also use Ltd instead of Limited).
I want a brand mark logo with a mascot / cartoon.

Please state how many different designs will you submit and how many amendments with be carried out on the chosen logo.

Please bear in mind this is my first logo so include any other information that might be relevant.
