Design a logo

I would like you to design a logo for a new venture I'm looking to start. The name is JT Pension Services and I would like the logo based on the following criteria:

Upward facing angel wings
JT in the middle of the wings
Pension Services underneath

I would like to use red and black on the logo - possibly the angel wings in black and the text in red. The red should be very striking but not too bright - I would say the colour of the Liverpool FC's current home top.

To give you a visual idea I've attached a picture of a tattoo I have which I want to replicate to some extent.
I've also attached a 2nd picture of upward facing angel wings that will probably look more appropriate for this logo, which will need the JT in the middle and Pension Services underneath
For convenience I've also attached a picture of the kind of red I'm looking for.
