Design 3 logos plus business cards for 3 seperate new start ups.

I need to be able to use the logos on written and web material so need the logos in server all suitable formats with transparent backgrounds.

I need simple modern logos, I have more detailed info on the feel I need to create, the businesses are web design buisness, wedding services web site and children's accessories e.store. Logo's aren't my thing but hopefully if they are yours you can help me, I need a good communicator with whom to share my ideas!!
