"cosmetic dentistry" logo needed

I am looking for an elegant and luxurious looking logo for my cosmetic dentistry business. I am looking to have either "HMP" or "Dr Hanna" in it - either or is fine. It will preferably have "cosmetic dentistry" under the logo, please. Please do not include 'typical' dentist related pictures, like teeth.
Will be mainly used as a watermark so I am flexible with colours, but please do not make it black and white.
