Clean up an existing logo

Brand name/slogan in logo: MCNEISH LOFTS

Extra notes: I need a revision of an existing logo. The makeup of the logo is a London street sign (see example attached)

The logo needs to be redrawn with a new background that is more realistic and as similar to an actual street sign as possible. The font also needs looking at and if necessary changed to the same or as similar font as possible.

There are in total 2 logos. One for MCNEISH HOMES & the other for MCNEISH LOFTS. Everything should be identical except the text. I have attached both logos in their existing format.

So to confirm, the revision simply needs to ensure the sign itself is as similar to actual street sign as possible, and the text as well. The colours should also be identical to the street sign...
