Changes in logo

Hi, please see the logo attached for changes to make it more symmetrical and succinct. I need it with NO BACKGROUND, editable form, the outer circle to be reduced in size especially the white part where there is no writing can be trimmed. Writing needs to be in a circle, it's a bit tilted and not true circle. You can use your own thoughts and ideas to make this more catchy. Any suggestions are welcomed. I would prefer a rather smaller circle with all space used for writing and would prefer bold writing.
