AI Logo adaptation plus animation

I'm looking for a redesign of an existing logo which will be provided as an adobe illustrator file.

The finished logo is to be delivered as png, jpg plus ai file along with transparency version.

I also require a simple hd animation of the logo as .mov file on white background exploding and shattering into tiny pieces then re-building back to start point (duration 2.5 seconds) Please point me to specific examples of your work in these areas when you bid.

I attach a copy of the current logo in png image-it needs to be more "boxy" so that it fits better for web and facebook type environments-something more like the style of youtube whilst keeping the red and black colours. It must work well as a transparency, also when produced in greyscale i.e. b/w print.

I also need it with/without the strap-line and an email signature.
