After Effects Logo

We are looking to create a logo for our Production company, Three Tales Productions. We want something along the lines in the video below with a white background and three black tails spinning and landing on a black cartoon silhouette of a dog. But we are also open to other ideas. Please let us know if this is something you could do, how many hours you would expect it to take and the cost. Thank you!
