A seasonal T-shirt for a swim team

We are a non-profit swim club located on the island of Saint Martin/Sint Maarten in the Caribbean. We need a seasonal t-shirt design for the 2019-2020 season, in 2 colors (black and white) and multi-color.
We have our team logo, but the design also needs to include other elements, such as olympic rings, maybe a hint of Japan (2020 olympic games) 2019-2020 (for the season), something about the islands (palm trees? Pelican?) something on swimming. I should be something fun and unique, knowing that the club will be changing this print for every season.

I need to have this logo finalized during July, as we need to have the tshirts printed by September. I will send the elements that can help with the design to the person we pick. I will look at the portfolios of those who are interested and revert.
