A logo for my business

Could you provide me with a rough quote for a logo for my business.

I know what I want I just can't do it myself. The company name is SW Psychology Services Ltd.

Ideally I would like SW in larger font above Psychology Services Ltd in smaller font. The font I have used for the rest of my website is EB Garamond on GoDaddy.

I would like these inside a circle. If possible it would be great that when uploading the logo, the colour behind can come through the non-text/circle areas.

Again if possible it would be good to have copies of the file in both white and black so I can select dependent on background colour.

I would like to use the logo for a variety of things but initially website and business cards.
