Wire hanging garden feeder, prototype needed.

Please see attached sketch for desired design. It's a sheep shaped feeder intended to be hung in a garden to dispense wool for bird's nests. Ideally the band around the centre will have a logo or name printed on it, though not essential for first prototype.
