Textual Graphic For Printed Label

I need a few lines of text made to look good for a label (like where you'd see washing instructions etc) for some cushions we make. The label will eventually be about 38x38mm so the title, text and footer need to be in a font suitable for this. The graphic should be produced in photoshop or Gimp and supplied as both a high res jpg and the original layered PSD file so we can alter this in future if need be.

This is just one side of the label. The other side will have our logo, so you don't need to worry about that.

TIME: Someone with relevant experience should be able to complete a first draft of this job in under 10mins. I can't imagine doing any more than 1 revision, but please allow for up to 3.

It's a tiny job, but please view this as a good intro to my small company. Im currently looking for a replacement freelancer to do light graphic work on an ongoing basis for the website and printed stuff like this.
