Tech Pack for a new golf bag

I am in the process of creating a new golf bag with a stand, similar in functionality to a Ping style bag. I have a rough prototype with patterns. Is this something that you might be able to do? If so, can you give me an estimate of how many hours I should expect. This is a new startup venture and as you can imagine I am running on a tight budget in these early stages. I am happy to meet and bring by the prototype. Thank you in advance.
