Sweetened Condensed Milk Label AND Carton Design as per specs

I need a Label design and a carton box design as per FORMAT specifications in the outline given in the attachment.

It is for a product (Sweetened Condensed Milk) in a Tin/can and has a YELLOW COLOUR PLASTIC LID on top of the can to cover it.
- I need Unlimited revisions until I am happy. Although I look to complete the job within a couple of days as I have my mind set on the outlook generally (for which I have attached)
- I need the final submission in .ai format with vector file and all source images .
- I need quick responses from whoever starts the job.

I want a design with 3 main colours in mind
1. Yellow
2. Blue
3. White

You may include other colours to enhance the artwork.

The general idea of the label, is:

Yellow dripping on the top (as per attachment)
Background Blue and Yellow, with the logo sitting on the blue portion so we can have some white glow behind the logo to enhance it. (as per attachment)
PIYA Logo centre aligned (as per attachment)
2 plates of the foods/desserts on the bottom
and other labelling text.

The carton design must be limited to 3 colours only, I will send more information on the text for the carton box once we get the ball rolling.

I will also provide the text for the label.
