Publish an simple AR app from unity using vuforia

I am publishing an artist book. I have some 3d models or virtual sculptures that I would like to make visible with AR and the target images in the book. I have been using unity3d but I need some help with publishing and to make the the models available to the people that buy the book. Having looked at the process of publishing apps for ios and android I now require someone with experience in the area.

I'm not sure how much time the project will take but we can negotiate a price, therefore I have just put your hourly rate.
