Product label design

I am launching my own range of car detailing products over the coming months. I have my main company logo which I am happy with however I am stuck on a label design for the products themselves and I am looking for help for that.

The main criteria is that the label is universal
ie has the company logo on, an area to state the product ie jelly shampoo, glooopy tar remover etc,
A small pane for instructions ie add 50ml per bucket, spray on tar, allow to dweel etc
An area for a barcode to be added ( EG EAN number )

As I have sunk almost everything in to this on the products, bottles, marketing etc I only have a small budget for the design.
