Painting - Psalm Of Lament: Yasmina

Welcome to my exciting project for a beautiful painting based on a chapter on my in-progress book where my ambition knows no bounds!

I have a pivotal chapter in my book called Psalm of lament: Yasmina.
Yasmina is a character who looks like the saddest person in the world. A beautiful woman (Rosario Dawson looking woman), who has lost her spark. A former wild at heart woman that has had the life stuffing knocked out of her. And why? Because years ago, a one night stand led to a baby, a baby that had been abducted and then killed.

Yasmina holds this secret from the father of the baby who knows nothing of this. And then they find themselves reunited on the island of Formentera where Yasmina runs an Inn. But she is desperate to tell her re-united beau the secret she holds. And this is what the illustration is about. Yasmina's lamentations. The lamentations on the baby she lost and yearning to be closer to the father of the baby so she can be closer to her child again.

I need you to express this ache, pain, loss, and yearning for love.

I will be using the painting as a chapter title illustration for my book as well as online and offline marketing material for the book. I will credit the artist fully and indeed intend to showcase ALL the artists work in a synergetic exchange once marketing for the book is ready to launch.

I would like you to set approvals on 3 stages please;
1. £30 deposit on accepting the job
2. £50 for agreed sketches from thumbnail sketches.
3. £30 for the agreed final painting in acrylic or oil

Due date for sketches from thumbnails sketches on or before February 14th 2020.
Due date on or before April 1st 2020 for final painting.

Now for the technicals:
would like to have 2 digital images of the painting please:

1 print version in CMYK colour mode at 300 dpi.
1 web version in RGB colour mode at 72 dpi

I would like the dimensions of the scanned-in images to be equivalent to A4 paper size which is 210 mm × 297 mm (8.27 in × 11.7 in).
The equivalent A4 paper dimensions in pixels at 300 DPI is 2480 pixels x 3508 pixels (print resolution)
The equivalent A4 paper dimensions for web resolution at 72 DPI is 595 pixels x 842 pixels (web resolution).
