On going seamstress for wedding dresses alterations

I require a seamstress to do alterations on wedding and bridesmaid dresses on an ad hoc basis. I usually do the fitting and put pins in for the alterations so need someone who can either a) visit the client with me to do the pinning or b) just do the alterations.
Please quote for the following:

Alter hem to make dress longer or shorter
Take in sides
Add extra padding to bust
More complicated alterations

Ideally someone local to Watford Hertfordshire so I can pick and drop off easily.
