Need a realistic character designed for my app.

Please find attached the 3 photos to guide you to create the lady.

First photo is regarding of what kind of drawing we would like to create.

Second photo is regarding her face to be inspired. Need to add some red lipstick on her lips.

Third photo is regarding the body we want to be inspired. Few changes needs to be done as following:

1) shoes needs to be black
2) cut the neck and hair (use the face one)
3) she is a little bit dark, needs to be more light skin
4) cut the bracelet
5) cut the necklace
6) change the hand bag to a mini iphone.
