Logo edit and print

I own a confectionery company. There are 2 stages to my request:

1. £25 straightforward - I need to print stickers for the front of my packs showing my logo and the flavour of the product. I already have artwork - a basic line drawing in 2 colours - but it needs editing to change the background colour which I am not 100% happy with. I don't have any suitable design software.

It also needs one word deleting from the logo to make it more generic.

Then I need it saved in a format that I can use in my office so that I can add flavours to the logo - my flavours change every week and I need to be able to edit the artwork myself.

2. £50 - Once the above is done, ideally I would also like a template to be designed so that I can print out the logos from my office.
