Lemon in ceramic

I would like to have a design of a ceramic lemon to be realized in ceramic and to be used as a perfume diffuser. You can check the attached image to get an idea of the object. The size should be around the following base diameter 8 cm, height 15 cm (including the leaves). It should be empty to be possible to insert the parfum inside. The final draw shall be delivered, in your proposal please clarify which will be the software used to prepare the file and the file format.
