Label Design

Hi,
I am looking for some design work I have done on Word to be 'polished' up and made 'slicker' and formatted correctly.
If the labels could be made to look more professional using my existing logo would be great too, I am open to my logo being played around with to what suits the label best. I will send some art work I have, as i would like a dog and cat on the labels and my original PNG logo file as well as one logo file I have messed with, ALSO the cartoon cat and cartoon dog graphic I have.

There are a series of labels for various sized jars and bottles and I require them to be sized correctly for the correct sized container. (Label sizes are 6.5cm x 19.48cm (250ml bottle), 5.1cm x 11cm (50ml dropper bottle) and 3cm x 9cm (30ml dropper bottle).
I also want the format in such a way that I can drop in new text for new products or make amendments to text THIS IS IMPORTANT I CAN DO THIS. Also in a format I can send to a printers

If you could also provide a ball park figure for the cost of the three examples attached.
