Illustration and graphic design

We have a paper card and print business selling mainly in to the craft market, predominantly for card making. An understanding of this market would be a bonus.
We have a constant need for new designs and images. Our work is mainly short run so we are not able to throw big budgets at design but it is regular work.
As well as this we could use someone to do layout work too, to get files print ready, simple mac work etc
We’re also looking to move into internet sales too so will need support for this.
