I need help with the artwork for a printable Christmas mug design

Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
I am looking for help with the printable artwork for my mug designs, also if possible a scalable vector so I can consider also printing to T-shirts now or in the future. The first project is a Christmas design. I have attached the wording I would like with the mock layout I have thrown together from online stock images so nothing can be used for the final product.

I believe something cartoony, colourful with a touch of humour would be best. If you have produced humourous greetings cards etc before that may be advantageous.

The mug's printable area is 200mm x 90mm and 300DPI resolution.

Fonts used need to be clear just in case the inks bleed a little on the final product.

    Christmas is a pretty popular theme, I was hopeful people may have existing artwork that could be modified for the job to keep costs down. I also reviewed some of the hourlies first and there were some exceptional illustrations for less. I am flexible.

    I can do this illustration , Is your budget flexible for this? the illustration is a complex one and you should adjust the budget accordingly as to complete it takes more than one hour.

    Yes, i can be flexible on budget for the right artist. All interesting proposals will be considered against volume I need to sell to cover the outlay and aspiration for my expectations being met based on the artist's portfolio.
