I need elements placed on existing AI template completed for product package.

Information for the business: We sell premium barware products online
Industry: Food and Beverage
Messages to communicate through the design: This is a basic AI project.

I do NOT need a whole design package.

I need just an AI template design done for my packaging supplier. This is a "matchbox" type package/box.

I ALREADY have the template in AI format. (attached in pdf)

I already have the pictures, png logo and text that I need on the template. I will supply those as well.

I just need someone who can place all the elements onto the template for me based on the sample layout (front & back)
Details about the product: whiskey stones
Ideas for the visual style: simple, clean, classy
Preferred colors: black, white, maroon
Extra notes: I can also supply pictures of the actual physical product box/package.

I will give a jpeg of the layout of where to place the elements and what I would like the new package to look like.

I will also provide the text for the back side. And the UPC barcode that will go on the bottom of the box.

This really is kind of a simple job. I just need the elements placed on the ai file for my packaging supplier.
