I need an awesome anime or comic book illustrator for an ebook

I am self-publishing a 512 page ebook for iPad/Kindle Fire/Nook with 448 double spread b/w illustrations and 64 single page b/w illustrations. I am looking for a talented animator who likes my motto of move fast and draw breathtaking things. I want to complete this project within 10 months. I also need someone talented at Cover Art. I like the DragonballZ and DC Comics style of animation. I want someone who knows what the Boondocks are.
