I need an artist to produce the main image for the cover of a book.

I have paid for cover art, but I now find I have to provide my own image - far beyond my capability. The image will consist of four parts:

1 An oval pendant of dark, aged metal, bronze or similar.
2 Recessed section at the top, through which a leather thong passes. (Only a little of the the thong itself needs to be show. It can fade.)
3 Inlaid into the surface of this pendant, a silver pentagram, single point downwards. This may be slightly depressed from side to side to better fit the oval pendant, or maybe have the 3rd and 4th points bent around the side rather than sticking out.
4 Also inlaid in silver, mostly in front of the pentagram, a stylized goat's head, full face, through which at times the pentagram will show. It would be good if this goat can be shown as subtly menacing.
I'm not sure if this is enough detail, but I hope it provides enough to start with.
