I'm looking for an artist/illustrator who can create a water colour type design based upon photographs of a person and their dog in a 'by the river' type scene
Key to this commission will be evidence of previous work where the subject has been based upon a 'real' person working from pictures / photographs and the resulting likeness has been captured 100% and is obvious to the any one viewing who the subject is
