Description
Experience Level: Entry
I am looking at having a few rough designs drawn up for an engine stand... Which is to be given to a stainless steel welder to cut the stainless tubes and fabricate the design thought up..
I have a drawing of a current design which shows the current engine stand ( in the photos) along with dimensions - however I want to produce a drawing as per these dimensions in a tubular design in a more elegant fashion, more similar to the stainless steel stand in a photo attached. ( Please use the last photo as inspiration, although the engine needs to sit lower as per its current design...) The front of the engine has two engine mounts and the rear has one... I would like to see a handful of designs , perhaps with one using 'A' or upside down 'A' for the front and rear...
It is required to be stable with the engine sat low as per the current stand, to have 4 legs, 4 wheels , to be circa 2-3 inches off the ground. The drawing does not need to be a working drawing but a drawing to show the concept to the manufacture who will be making it by hand and measuring everything..

Each engine have casting body in which internal cylinder is pressed. This body have shock absorber hole at which stand will be bolted. So this locating hole dimension is imported for overall size of stand. And stand required taper opening to downside. So images required of this locating holes (shock absorber bracket holes)
