Designer to cd sleeve artwork

Messages to communicate through the design: We are looking to get a cd/vinyl record cover designed to be used as a wedding invite. We have a cad diagram for the sleeve, and want the front, back, and inside pages designing.

We had a save the date designed so have an exisiting theme we could carry through, although not essential.

When we appoint the job I could sketch rough idea of what we want and scan and send to the designer. We are on a very tight budget...
Details about the product: record sleeve
Ideas for the visual style: sillhoutte cat band (see notes)...
Extra notes: Front cover we want a sillhoutte of a band (musicians need to be cats...), with bunting over top and strap line with date on.

Back cover would be direction info/map etc.

Inside left page will be slots for inserts of information on accomadation, menu etc. so wouldn't have much design on the page, but would want a template for the insert (i.e. header font/size/colour etc. and text font/size/colour).

Inside right page would have a circle as the label on the vinyl record, and also contain the text/details for "you are invited..." etc.
