Designer needed for product lable -precise reference provided for design/text etc

Information for the business: Online boutique
Messages to communicate through the design: I have a rudimentary grasp of Photoshop and have designed a rough reference template to follow. I need three versions of the same design - text will mostly remain the same (product use, ingredients etc) however the graphic and name on each label will need to change.
The label design is for aromatherapy roller-balls. The labels will be printed 34mm x 60mm on gold/black metallic stickers.
