Design a grease proof paper with logo on it

Hi,

I need somebody to design a grease proof paper for me (I will be using this for wrapping burgers, wraps and other food items etc). Dimensions are as follows, but can be changed if necessary as the images will only be repeated:

420 x 297mm
500 x 335mm

This process is very simple because i will be providing the logo and will need some creative input to make it look nice and professional.

Any images you use will be your own.
Unlimited revisions.
A quick turn around time.
The file will be in all the formats require.

If you cannot accept the above please do not bid on this job.
Price is fixed and non negotiable, anybody offering any other price will be immediately rejected.
Anybody offering different terms will be rejected.
Anybody accepting this bid and then changing the terms will be reported and negative comments left.
