Create 3 illustrations based on the example attached

Create 3 illustrations that will illustrate an explanation on how to do perineal massage. A massage to be done in the tissue between the vagina and the anus during pregnancy.

Ilustration 1: Same as the first illustration attached but without the numbers and lines explaining the massage
Illustration 2: use illustration 1 and add the numbers and lines as per the first picture on the attachment
Ilustration 3: Replicate the second illustration attached.

The two illustrations attached are an example of the style I like and what needs to be drawn. Obviously don't include the "Fig. 14" "Fig. 15" on the bottom right corner but please note that I don't have rights on this images so the ones you provide should be slightly different and to be delivered on the following size and high definition:
