Convert to Conical label template for candle label

I have made my candle label designs on canva, 5x labels at the moment all the same size, just different designs.

However the candle jar diameter differs by 1cm at the top of the jar to the bottom, so I need my candle label designs made into conical labels. I am not sure if it’s possible to have one conical label made which I can then edit with different designs, or if I need each label to be made into a conical label and sent, and not edited after that.

Labels are approx 22cm wide by 6.5cm tall.
