40 mm x 30 mm Product Label, to be used on plastic pouch!

Simply put, I need a product label to be designed by you, that I can use, to distribute free samples to prospective customers.

I use the Supvan T50M Series Label Maker, and the label maker tape that the machine uses, is measured as 40 mm x 30 mm, which you can consider the dimensions of the entire label. For the top of the label, I would like you to design a header, that contains the logo of my company (which is circular in shape), with the name, address, telephone and email of my company right next to the logo.

As far as placement is concerned, the logo should be placed in top left corner of the entire label, and the name of the company can be on the logo's right. And below both the logo and the name of the company, we can have the address, telephone number and email, placed together elegantly.

The rest of the label needs to be blank, so that I can use my label maker to input details like product name, qty, etc. Just make sure that you prepare a label design only with the header with the aforementioned details, that I can edit and move around comfortably, using my Supvan T50M Series Label Maker.

I can share the letterhead of my company, so that you can use the same for the logo and the name and stuff, and so that you can copy the exact color scheme. I am happy to review your draft whenever you ready, so that we can get finished with the order as soon as possible.
