virtual reality tailored photos for new building

I'm looking for an expert to provide me with at least 3 tailored photos for a property. I need it for the following areas.
1. Kitchen area
2. Living room area
3. Master Bedroom (En-suite)

Please use the middle apartment floor plan layout as attached to create the virtual reality photos. The floor plan layout has all the room measurements.

Kitchen Specification-
As a minimum, the kitchen must have a washing machine, brown wooden style kitchen cabinets, fridge freezer and a cooker. The kitchen floor should be tiled. The windows should have blinds, slightly open with flowers to make it look more natural.

Living room/area Specification -
As a minimum, the living room should have some stylist dining table set as shown in the layout, sofa and a centre table, big flat screen TV, some pots sitting at a corner somewhere with beautiful greens, window blinds, and tiled floor with a rug at the centre for the centre table to sit on.

Master bedroom (Ensuite) Specification -
As a minimum, the bedroom should have a king-size bed, mattress, pillows and nicely dressed with some duvet/bed-sheets. Other items in the bedroom include wardrobe, blind windows, dressing table & chair with some items sitting on the table and something that you feel would make the whole bedroom look awesome.

The bathroom should as a standard have toilet, sink and a shower. A towel-rail with one or two towels on, and maybe a vase with flowers sitting at the window.

All the stated images must look very natural, representing or depicting the true likeness of those specified rooms/areas once the property completed.
