Virtual home staging

I require digital home staging services for a residential property listing. Specifically, professionally edited interior photos are needed depicting renovated styles for the living room, and primary bedroom in an annex. I also need the larger showing as a games room to demonstrate the mutli use of the space. Working from actual room photographs supplied by myself, the selected freelancer will use their imagery and photo editing skills to stage each space with appropriate furnishings, decor, lighting and other aesthetic touches to showcase maximum curb appeal and livability for prospective buyers. The target demographic is families looking for a move-in ready home that might need some updating. Stylistic choices should reflect modern, neutral designs with pops of colour ( blues and greens please ) that will broaden the appeal. Edited room photos in high resolution JPEG format capturing the renovated vibrancy and flow are required. Candidates should have a proven portfolio of similar virtual staging projects.
