Structural steel for residential extension and loft conversion

I've just completed planning drawings for a client on a loft conversion and a single storey rear extension and require structural steel calculations. I suspect there will also be a connection detail of some description as the client has removed a column I'd hoped to retain for supporting steel.

Indicatively marked on the drawings are where I feel steels are required on the ground floor, but I also need a structural solution for the loft.

There's nothing here thats massively complicated.

I'm looking for fixed cost and time on the above.
