Structural drawings and calcs and Building Control drawings

2 phased scheme
Phase 1
loft conversion and GF rear extension as per the drawings attached - output required is structural calcs and drawings with BC drawings for approval.

I will provide you with DWG drawings I require you to amend for phase 1. the phase 1 drawings will enable the construction of the loft and rear extension with BC notice approval.

Phase 2
1F rear extension - outpt required is structural calcs and drawings with BC drawings for approval.

Once the loft and rear extension is constructed I will look to obtain planning approval for the 1F rear extension. The phase 2 design will enable BC notice approval for the 1F rear extension.
