Small Bar and Wine retail room project

I need a quick interior design done for a small space within an existing old restaurant kitchen. The design will split the kitchen in half and use one half for a small tasting bar and coffee machine servery + wine display shelves. We have some antique furniture that could already be incorporated and the building itself is a grade 2 listed premises in a small market town in the UK. The design should respect the Victorian heritage, whilst being modern as well. If the designer chosen can speak chinese and live or have lived in the UK it would be preferable. We can send pictures quickly via wechat to the chosen individual. We have a tight budget, so looking for design ideas that can still be implemented cheaply with great aesthetic appeal.
