Rework of my main living room

Information for the business: Personal Space
Design details: 12foot by 21 foot livingroom looking to be redone. No renovations just rearranged, some new pieces of furniture and some thrown away.

Recent college grad looking for help to have his flat not look like a dorm room. Help with layout of furniture, colour schemes, art placement and type, floor coverings, photo arrangements and in what kind of frames.

Utilizing some of what I already have along with new pieces would be nice. Preferably some major items made from wood as have a shop and custom build most anything out of it. Liking a pinterest post and saying that there is just great.

You can do this however you feel most comfortable, a simple sketch that's not to scale is great, something that gives me an idea to move and go on from. If something else is more efficient and easier that is acceptable too. Have fun with it.

Extra notes: -Love everything I see in that francesloom instagram account but beyond my means to purchase. Can make most of any of the things made out of wood in there though.
-Budget i assumed was for the job not the entire progect
-Put budget as $50 as looking for someone just getting into the game who's looking for something to have fun with. As long as it's achievable and gives me a good idea to go off of ill be happy. $50 isnt set in stone either, wow me with what you can do and for what price and im listening.
-Pictures are from at night with minimal lighting, can get better layout with proper dimension if needed
